Loco E162 departs Amarante, northern Portugal, with the weekly mixed train from Arco de Baulhe to Livracao. This line has now sadly closed. Taken on 4th June 1982.

Locos 'Earl of Berkeley' and 'City of Truro' depart Bewdley for Kidderminster, Severn Valley Railway, on 20th September 2008. The double-heading of these unique locos was an extremely rare event.

Kaaiman's River Bridge

This bridge is on the line from George to Knysna, on South Africa's Indian Ocean coastline, a.k.a. 'The Garden Route'. Sadly, the line was closed by landslides a few years after this was taken on 23rd September 2000.
