This is a monochrome version of a colour transparency taken on 23.3.1978. The location is east of Malatya in the centre of Turkey, on a severe upgrade known to gricers as Maden Bank.
Ancient And Modern
Photographed at Gmunden in Austria, a 2016 Vossloh tram passes under the Trauntor arch and approaches the bridge over the River Traun. This section was opened in 2018, linking two erstwhile separate tram routes.

The Römerhofgasse (Roman lane) in Kufstein, Austria, which is located on the River Inn near to the German border. This street was reputedly built during medieval times.
